As Executive Director of Leadership Development at The Life Center Church, Pastor Alex Jackson focuses on seeing the people of God equipped and empowered to impact their world through discipleship training and leadership development. He has served in ministry for over 31 years and has previously served as a Children’s Ministry Teacher, Youth Leader, Adult Bible Teacher, Sunday School Superintendent, Staff Elder, Operations Officer, and Christian Education Director, as well as a Pastor.
He demonstrates a keen awareness of people’s needs and has a desire to help people to find their purpose, gifting, function, and usefulness in the Body of Christ. Pastor Alex enjoys bringing to light the hidden leadership potential in every believer and activating people into using that gift to the glory of God. He has been used to establish Christian Education departments and ministry teams, as well as to develop many leaders and leadership teams over his years in ministry.
Equipped with a powerful prophetic anointing, Pastor Alex has been used to encourage many over the years to find and appreciate their place in the Kingdom of God. He provides wise counsel with Christ-centered biblically based principles for everyday life and teaches passionately, openly and honestly, sharing from his successes and failures. His greatest passion is to see people fulfill their God given purpose and reach their destiny through transformation resulting from a sincere relationship with Jesus Christ.
Pastor Alex believes firmly that families are the foundation of The Life Center and that building strong new families and strengthening existing ones is critical to expanding the Kingdom of God.
Pastor Alex and his wife Casey have enjoyed a rich and fulfilling marriage for over 53 years.
