Program 6:
Accelerator Summit

The Accelerator Summit provides a place for CEO's managing businesses at the senior level to come together in a unique setting, allowing for confidential exchange of ideas and experiences. Guided by highly trained, world class facilitators, CEO's selected to participate will explore new strategies, challenge existing assumptions, and sharpen one another in professional and personal growth areas. With a strong biblical backdrop for the sessions, each participant will be able to establish specific tangible goals for themselves and their businesses, and with each others support, develop implementation plans for results.

As a participant you will:

• Develop personal and corporate purpose statements
• Gain a 360 view of your leadership style
• Have access to 2 hours of executive coaching per month
• Evaluate your current strategy and test for potential weaknesses
• Look for patterns holding back your leadership growth
• Establish strategic connections with like minded Sr. Leaders from other industries
  

Additionally, you will:

• See measurable growth of historically 30% by year end
• Identify strategic gaps in the business structure
• Gain a comprehensive succession plan for future stability
• Identify potential areas of new market growth
  
  

Your commitment will be:

• One day per month to meet with fellow leaders
• Up to two hours per month to meet with executive coach
• Pay Summit Participation Fees plus travel expenses
• Come to each meeting with materials prepared as requested
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Commit to pray for fellow leaders
• Commit to follow through on execution plans once established
